Shipping Policy - Fittings by Ashleigh

After your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. 

Order Processing Time: 

• Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays through Saturday and will be sent with tracking via Australia Post. Please keep this in mind if ordering Express Post. 
• If the size/colour of bra is out of stock online, please email info@fittingsbyashleigh.com.au with details about what you want to order and we will contact you in regards to a delivery or pickup timeline. 
  

Delivery Areas:

• We currently ship to addresses within Australia via Australia Post. 

Shipping Fees:

• Standard postage: $10.00
• Express postage: $15.00
  
• Standard postage + signature on delivery: $12.95
• Express postage + signature on delivery: $17.95

Please note:

• Fittings by Ashleigh cannot be held responsible for items confirmed as delivered by Australia Post. 
• We recommend ensuring the correct delivery address before your item(s) are dispatched and checking your tracking information once dispatched. 
• Bras and breast forms from Anita are shipped from Germany, and so can take up to 10 days to be delivered to you if I don't have the items in studio. I will always contact you if this is the case.
